The exhibitor package includes:

• Exhibition space including one table (width 140 cm, depth 70 cm)
• Presentation of your exhibits by request
• One power connection
• Poster wall (limited number) – the poster session is located in a separate area and has its own program slot
• Presentation slot (15 minutes plus 5 minutes of discussion – only possible if the exhibitor price is paid)
• Participation of two people in the evening event on April 28, 2027
• Catering for booth staff

The regular exhibitor price is EUR 799 plus VAT.

We offer a special price of EUR 450 plus VAT for universities and research institutions. 

Once you have submitted your registration form, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• One month before the start of the trade fair: 100% of the exhibitor price
• Three months before the start of the trade fair: 50% of the exhibitor price.

The in-house exhibition will take place at the NETZSCH-Gerätebau GmbH company premises.
